IONA Contemporary Dance Theatre is the main project of Nova Arts Foundation, a 501C-3 non-profit organization. The Board of Directors of Nova Arts Foundation is comprised of individuals from the community whose responsibilities include fund raising, short and long term planning, and fiscal management for the IONA Contemporary Dance Theatre through a mix of committees and board-driven projects. The Company also benefits from a group of advisory board members whose major role is to serve as advocates for IONA in the business community, and to assist with planning and development. All board members and advisors participate in an annual Vision Planning Retreat.
